Michelle Kirsch lived in the Seattle/Bellevue area, where she spent more than 30 years in the title and escrow side of real estate. She has deep knowledge and experience in title, vesting, and escrow. Michelle was a Limited Practice Officer, an Escrow Officer, and a Branch Manager.

Looking for sunshine, Michelle moved to Sun City Festival and has been working with buyers and sellers in the Phoenix area for several years, while focusing on the active adult communities. Michelle is passionate to share her love of Arizona and life in the Southwest. Her goal is always to listen first and then work to fulfill her clients’ goals of buying and/or selling. Along the way, Michelle will share her expertise and experience to make what can be a stressful experience, less so.

And while Michelle excels in the technical side of real estate, her passion is to problem solve, negotiate, and generally be a resource for her clients. All of that requires her strengths of communication and integrity. Michelle is a great listener and is direct, responsive, and clear.

When not pursuing real estate interests on behalf of her clients, Michelle is often found on a pickleball or tennis court. Michelle loves time with her family and finds herself lucky to have her sons and families nearby. As a daughter of a diplomat, she grew up living abroad, has had many cultural experiences, and is always up for a travel adventure.
